Rich Williams has been in the Human Resources/Recruiting world for the last twenty years. He has worked for two national companies where he ran multiple branches ranging from 5 – 18 offices. During that time, he led or co-led the Sales and Leadership training for both organizations. This was when he began to understand why being brilliant at the basics was so important.
