Rich has been in the Human Resources/Recruiting world for the last twenty years. He has worked for two national companies where he ran multiple branches ranging from 5 – 18 offices. During that time, he led or co-led the Sales and Leadership training for both organizations. This was when he began to understand why being brilliant at the basics was so important. Again, Rich loves to take the complicated and break it down to easy-to-understand learning.
